DESCRIPTION
Each candle is specially handcrafted using top grade soy vegetable blend wax and our Botanical Collection is made using a top-grade coconut-soy blend wax. We use these proprietary blends because they provide an excellent cold and hot fragrance throw and give the candle an even burn. All of our candles have a cotton fiber core wick. Our candles are non-toxic, Paraffin-free, Paraben-free and Phthalate-free!

PRODUCT CARE
When using Olives + Elephants candles, remember that they are hand poured using soy wax and unleaded wicks. To maintain their quality and prevent damage ensuring a clean smoke free burn trim the wick to ¼” of an inch before each lighting.
– During the first burn, allow the entire wax surface to melt for a minimum of 3 hours before extinguishing it. Once extinguished, let the candle cool before handling or relighting.
– It is essential not to exceed 4 hours of burning time per session. Keep the wick centered, adjusting it while the wax is still molten after each burn.
– Always exercise caution and follow these precautions when using candles. Never leave a burning candle unattended. For safety, place the candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface. Keep the candle away from drafts, children, pets, and any flammable materials.
– When there is only 1/4″ to 1/2″ of wax left, it’s time to discontinue use and upcycle the brass vessel. Make sure to remove any remaining wax. For easy removal, place the candle in the freezer until the wax freezes, then it should pop out effortlessly.
