Part-Time Chandler

Responsibilities:

• Conduct candle-making workshops and events for customers.
• Guide and assist customers with fragrance selection for candle customization.
• Ensure a clean and organized candle-making bar area.
• Provide knowledge and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle inventory management, restocking supplies as needed.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new event ideas.
• Uphold store policies and safety standards during events.
• Manage customer reservations and event scheduling.
• Handle customer feedback and address any concerns promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hosting events or workshops.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of candle-related products.
• Basic inventory management.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor, The Candleporium Fragrance House aims to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work enviroment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in organizing and coordinating small to medium-scale events.

• Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion.
• Leadership qualities for potential supervisory responsibilities.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Knowledge or interest in candles and related products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiasm for creating a positive customer experience.
• Willingness to learn about candlemaking processes and products.
• Familiarity with point-of- sale systems is a plus.
