You understand that these terms apply to both physical products and scheduled experiences offered by Candleporium Fragrance House.

2. Products & Services

Candleporium Fragrance House offers:

Hand-poured candles and fragrance products (physical goods)
Candle making workshops and experiences (scheduled events)

Each purchase type may be subject to different fulfillment, cancellation, or participation policies as outlined below.

3. Candle Making Experiences (Reservations & Attendance)

Candle making classes and experiences are limited-capacity, scheduled events.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund and may be rescheduled based on availability.
No-shows and no-call/no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

All bookings reserve a seat in a scheduled experience, and space is held exclusively for the purchaser.

4. Retail Product Orders

All candle and fragrance product orders are processed as retail purchases.

Orders are processed within standard fulfillment timeframes provided at checkout.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged or incorrect items reported within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Square.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Candleporium Fragrance House to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

We do not store full credit card information.

6. Booking & Checkout Agreement

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand whether your purchase includes a retail product, experience reservation, or both.
You agree to the cancellation, refund, and no-show policies applicable to your order type.
You authorize your payment based on these Terms & Conditions.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, or event availability at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, product names, images, recipes, descriptions, and materials—is the property of Candleporium Fragrance House and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Liability Waiver (Experiences)

By participating in a candle making experience, you acknowledge:

You are using hot wax, fragrance oils, and tools that may carry minor risk.
You assume responsibility for following all safety instructions provided during the class.
Candleporium Fragrance House is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for fraudulent activity
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with site operations or payment processing

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (including payment processors and booking systems) to operate our business. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by these providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Missed bookings due to customer no-shows
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Third-party payment processing issues
Indirect or consequential damages
